Vendors should review and update, if necessary, all addresses and contact persons for their account prior to bid submission. This information will carry forward to a contract if awarded, therefore please ensure all information is correct. Entire Official Bid Document and Bid Bond ( if required) should be combined as one PDF and uploaded The project consists of the phased replacement of air handlers and condensing throughout multiple cottages at Oakwood Facility including 101, 102, 104, 105, 109, 110, 114, 115, 116, and 118. Existing air handlers shall be removed. Duct modifications shall be provided to accommodate multiple air handlers and electric duct heaters being provided in the mechanical rooms of cottages. Hydronic boilers and indirect domestic hot water storage tanks shall be removed. Gas fired domestic water heaters shall be provided to replace indirect storage tanks. Electrical panels and disconnects shall be provided and replaced to accommodate HVAC and Plumbing modifications. Work shall be performed in a phased approach, with only one cottage being available at a time. This individual cottage will be unoccupied at the time of construction.
