The Passaic Valley Sewerage Commission (PVSC) is seeking bids for the supply and delivery of various shop garage equipment and supplies for a one-year period. Bidders must submit a complete set of documents, including an invitation to bid, acknowledgment of receipt of changes, signature, references, bid bond or certified check, statement of ownership, affirmative action compliance, instructions to bidders, proposal, vendor bid list, bidders exception list, insurance requirements, New Jersey business registration requirements, disclosure of investment activities in Iran, certification of non-involvement in prohibited activities in Russia or Belarus, general conditions, supplemental conditions, specifications, and drawings.
