The solicitation is for fire alarm testing services at the Dayton VA Medical Center. The contract is for one base year plus four option years. The contractor must provide all personnel, supervision, labor, equipment, materials, and disposal necessary to provide fire alarm testing services. The offer must include a narrative on how the vendor will meet all requirements, required certifications, pricing information (labor and materials breakdown), and at least three past performance examples for similar work. A site visit is scheduled for July 3, 2025, at 10 AM. Questions/clarifications must be submitted in writing via email to the contracting officer by July 7, 2025. The contractor must comply with all applicable regulations and standards, including security requirements, background investigations, and reporting requirements. Payment will be made quarterly in arrears by certified invoice. The government will provide storage space when authorized contract staff work at a government location. The contractor is responsible for obtaining all required licenses and permits.

This is a sources sought announcement, not a solicitation. The Department of Veterans Affairs is conducting a market survey to obtain information from qualified businesses, with special interest in SDVOSBs, VOSBs, and small businesses. Responses will assist the government in determining the appropriate acquisition method. No solicitation is being issued at this time. Information submitted is voluntary. The Dublin VA Medical Center and VA Albany CBOC building require groundskeeping services, including mowing, trimming, edging, irrigation, debris removal, and pest control. Access to the Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany is required. Potential sources must provide company name, address, phone number, primary contacts, email address, NAICS codes, business size, DUNS number, and a statement of capability (no longer than 5 pages) demonstrating past performance in providing this type of service. Capability statements must be submitted via email to ***@***. *. * by July 3, 2025, by 12:00 PM EST. Proof of ability to access the Marine Corps Logistics Base Albany is required. No capability statements may be submitted after July 3, 2025. A future notice will be posted when the solicitation is released. Respondents are solely responsible for all expenses associated with responding to this RFI.

This tender is for protection services. The contractor will provide personnel, equipment, supplies, facilities, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform protection services. The period of performance is for one base year of twelve months and four 12-month option years. Quality control is the responsibility of the contractor. The contractor must develop, implement, and maintain an effective quality control system that includes a written quality control plan (QCP). The government will evaluate the contractor's performance under this contract in accordance with the quality assurance surveillance plan (QASP). Contractor personnel must possess and maintain a secret security clearance. The government will not exercise any supervision or control over the contract service providers performing the services. The contractor is responsible for conducting business between the hours of **** to ****, with the possibility for work to be performed between the extended hours of **** to ****, Monday through Friday, except federal holidays or when the government facility is closed due to local or national emergencies, administrative closings, or similar government-directed facility closings. The work will be performed at Fort Sam Houston and at the contractor's offsite facilities by exception of COR approval as well as various CONUS and OCONUS installations under IMCOM. The government will award a firm fixed price. The government has unlimited rights to all documents/material produced under this contract. The contractor shall complete the following training: antiterrorism, iWatch, OPSEC, cyber awareness, and access to government information systems. The contractor shall report all contractor labor hours, including subcontractor labor hours, required for performance of services provided under this contract for the Department of the Army via a secure data collection site. The contractor is required to complete all required data in the system for award management (SAM). Applicable publications are listed.
