This is a solicitation for expressions of interest only for the razran hall and science building lab renovations and hazmat abatement project. Bidders will be selected after review of qualification packages. The project involves demolition, renovation, and upgrades to various labs. Firms must submit an EOI package via email, including company profile, experience documentation, project schedules, safety program, résumés, potential subcontractors, anticipated workload, experience modification rating, bonding capacity, and a NYS vendor responsibility questionnaire. The estimated construction cost range is between $6,950,000 and $7,500,000. The construction contract will be held by DASNY. Contacts made to other dormitory authority personnel regarding this procurement may disqualify the offerer. All proposers must comply with New York State business registration requirements.

Bids are due by November 20th, 2025, at 2:00 PM Pacific Time. A prebid walkthrough is scheduled for November 5th, 2025. The work must be substantially completed by July 31, 2026. A performance and payment bond is required. An Idaho public works contractors license is required. The owner will award the contract to the low apparent bidder. The contractor must provide project closeout documents. The bidder must maintain workers compensation insurance and other liability insurance. A builders risk insurance policy is required. Liquidated damages of $500 per day apply for delays. The bid form must be completed in its entirety. Incomplete bid forms will be deemed nonresponsive. All questions should be directed to the contacts listed. Bid addenda will be issued by LC State or the architect/engineer. Failure to acknowledge receipt of all addenda will cause a bid to be deemed nonresponsive. The bid proposal form shall be signed by a signatory of the contractor having authority to bind the contractor to contracts, and shall be notarized by a notary duly assigned in the state of idaho. An Idaho public works contractors license is required at the time of submitting a bid for this project. A contractors affidavit concerning alcohol and drugfree workplace must be submitted with the bid. Failure to execute this affidavit and submit it along with your bid shall make your bid nonresponsive.

Patch and refinish affected surfaces of drywall, masonry, wallpaper, carpeting, acoustic ceiling tiles, fiberglass- reinforced panels, etc. Control access at the street- level lobby by adding select partitions, aluminum storefront system, doors, hardware, and access control. Retrofit select existing doors with new door hardware sets. Reprogram elevators to control access. Security upgrades include replacement of existing card readers, adding new card readers to select doors, upgrading select door locks, and adding select news cameras and moving existing cameras over to the new VMS software.

The Oregon State Police is soliciting quotes for an initial purchase of K9 inserts and to establish a long-term price agreement for related goods for up to ten years or $250,000, whichever comes first. Offerors must be registered in OregonBuys to be awarded a price agreement. The price agreement will be substantially the same as the sample price agreement attached to this bid. An initial purchase of 2 inserts is planned upon award of the price agreement. The price agreement awarded will not guarantee an amount of purchases.
