Proposals are requested for the professional rehabilitation of four large radial gates at Granby Dam and Shadow Mountain Dam. The scope includes lead-based paint abatement, structural pitting repair, and application of high-performance immersion coatings. All work must be done in place. A mandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for June 8, 2026. Proposals are due by July 9, 2026, at 2:00 PM MT. Work is scheduled to start by August 2026 and be substantially complete by September 30, 2026.

Respondents must have a minimum of 10 years of experience in recoating steel structures, low EMR experience modification rate, documented lead safety history, and SSPC QP 1 and QP 2 certifications. Attendance at the pre-proposal meeting is mandatory, which includes a visit to the project site. Attendance at the preproposal meeting is mandatory. Respondents will meet at Northern Water Willowcreek Campus and then proceed to the project site.
