The Tradewinds Solutions Marketplace is continuously open for submission of solutions during the period of April 1, 2025, to May 31, 2026. Submissions are collected monthly, with the cutoff on the final day of each monthly collection period at 12:00 noon Eastern Standard Time (EST).
