This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items for the FY26 update of the Integrated Natural Resources Management Plan for the U. S. Army Garrison Okinawa. The Lead Biologist needs at least four years of college courses in botany, zoology, ecology, or biology, and three years of experience in natural resource conservation or mitigation. The GIS Specialist must have experience processing and consolidating GNSS and GIS data for the U. S. Army and U. S. Department of Defense, and be familiar with army GIS standards and the SDSFIE portal.
