The City of Tulsa Finance Department is soliciting bids for AED equipment for the Parks, Culture, and Recreation Department. Bidders must register online, submit bids sealed and either mailed or delivered to the City Clerk's Office by 5:00 PM CST on **** are opened the day after the due date. The city intends to award a one-year annual contract, with the possibility of additional one-year terms. All bids must meet or exceed the specifications outlined in the IFB. The city may reject any bid that fails to acknowledge any addenda or amendments. The winning bid will be determined by the lowest secure bidder, considering price, specifications, bidder history, delivery time, maintenance requirements, and performance data. The city reserves the right to postpone the bid submission date or to delay or reschedule the bid opening date. The city may addend or amend the IFB at any time before the bid submission date. Bidders should submit any questions or comments via email to the assigned buyer at least 10 days prior to the bid submission date. The entire IFB, including any additional information submitted by the bidder and accepted by the city, will be included as part of the agreement. The purchase agreement requires the signature of an authorized agent. The city requires two completed bids: 1 original and 1 copy. Bids received after the stated date and time will not be accepted. The city's official bid clock is located at the City Clerk's Office. Exceptions to the timeliness requirement may be made for specific reasons, with supporting documentation. All bid openings are public and take place at 8:30 AM Thursday, the day after bids are due, in the City of Tulsa Council Meeting Room. If the bid is less than $100,000, the city may accept the bid upon written approval of the mayor rather than execute the purchase agreement. The seller must obtain and maintain insurance policies in the minimum amounts set forth in the IFB. The seller must comply with all applicable laws regarding equal employment opportunity. The agreement is subject to cancellation by the city for seller's failure to deliver on time. Time is of the essence. All deliveries are required f. o. b. to the city's facilities. Any exceptions to the delivery date must be approved in writing by the city. The city reserves the right to cancel, revise, or amend this IFB and associated bidding documents up to the time specified for receipt of bids.

The Nueces County Commissioners Court is accepting sealed competitive bids for the Packery Channel Nature Park Shoreline Enhancement Project. The scope of work is detailed in attachments. Bidders agree to complete the work within 126 calendar days of the notice to proceed, or pay liquidated damages. The contractor is responsible for all tools and equipment, materials equal to or better than existing quality, and removal/disposal of debris. Time is of the essence, and failure to complete the project on time may result in damages as per the contract conditions. The Nueces County Coastal Parks Director will serve as the contract administrator.
