The closing date for submittals is January 27, 2024, with a deadline for receipt of questions or comments by January 13, 2024.

The bid submission deadline is July 10, 2026, at 2:00 PM CDT. Specific delivery dates for items are listed as 07/22/2026.

Respondents must provide proof of an active G7 Master Print Facility certification and be registered with the Department of Revenue for sales and use tax. The press facility must be located in Tennessee.

The respondent shall affirm that they submitted a sample of the May/June 2026 issue per the specifications.

Respondents must affirm they are not presently debarred, suspended, or excluded from covered transactions, and have not been convicted of or charged with certain offenses related to public transactions.

Bids are due by 2:00 PM on Tuesday, July 7, 2026. All bids arriving after this date and hour will be returned unopened. The responsibility for timely delivery rests solely with the bidder.

Statements must be sent for one calendar month of deliveries. Payment will be due 30 days from the date of statement.

Award shall be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidders who best meets the terms, conditions, instructions, specifications of the bid and most advantageous to the STPSB Child Nutrition Program.

Selling to individual school employees shall be cause for the immediate cancellation of all items awarded to the violating vendor. The next low bidders will then be awarded these items.

Samples, where called for, must be submitted with bid and delivered to the St. Tammany Parish School Board Purchasing Department. Samples must be the exact products to be delivered should the bid be awarded.

Any protest to the award/rejection of a bid or proposal must be submitted in writing to the Supervisor of Purchasing within one week from receipt of award/rejection letter.

Failure to comply with bid requirements, such as submitting required documents, bid security, or samples, may cause your bid to be nonresponsive or rejected.

The estimated value of this bid is $490,****.

Delivery can be up to 07/15/2026.

Payment is to be made within 30 days after receipt of a properly uploaded invoice.

The manufacturer's standard published warranty and provisions shall apply, unless more stringent warranties are otherwise required by the City of New Orleans and specified in the sourcing event.

The award will be made to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder.

Bidders must register as a supplier with the City of New Orleans' new procurement platform called BRASS. Bid forms must be signed by a person authorized to bind the bidder.

Failure to deliver within the time determined in the bid/award will constitute a default and may cause cancellation. The City of New Orleans reserves the right to purchase goods or services on the open market and surcharge the vendor with costs in excess of the purchase order or contract price.

Bids submitted on other forms or other price formats may be rejected. Bids not specifying brand and model number shall be considered as offering the exact product specified. Failure to submit descriptive information for equivalent brands or models may cause the bid to be rejected.

The government will award to the responsible businesses whose quote, conforming to the solicitation, is most advantageous to the government based on best value. Best value will be determined by evaluating each quotation for one or more of the following: price, technically acceptable, delivery aro, and past performance.
