The due date for proposals is Tuesday, September 2, 2025, at 2:00 PM Central Time. A presubmittal conference is scheduled for July 28, 2025, at 10:00 AM CT via Webex. Once the quotes have been provided, the most favorable quote will be added to the contract. The agency will then issue a Delivery Order to the vendor with the most favorable quote to initiate the work.
