A 120-day completion timeframe is expected, with liquidated damages for delays.

Due to reimbursement processes, fulfillment of payment requests may take as many as **** days from the time such requests are submitted. A ten percent (10%) retainage will be held for forty (40) days pending final inspection and verification.
Contractor will provide a written one-year warranty on all materials and workmanship to the homeowner.
The contract will be awarded to the responsive, responsible bidder submitting the lowest responsible base bid for all homes combined total. Alternate bid item 1 (gutters) will be used as a tiebreaker.
Bidders must have at least five years of full-time experience in construction and rehabilitation of dwelling units, and possess the necessary staff, equipment, financial, and technical resources. They must also comply with all applicable laws and regulations and have adequate insurance.
Liquidated damages of one hundred dollars (****) per day will be assessed for failure to begin work within fifteen (15) days of the notice to proceed, and for failure to complete the project within the specified timeline.

Any protest of the proposed award of the bid must be submitted in writing no later than ten (10) days from the award date/notice of rejection letter.
Bids may be considered irregular and rejected if there is an alteration of or departure from the bid form. Bidders may be disqualified for unsatisfactory past performance, altering the proposal bid form without written approval, or not meeting qualification requirements.
