The award will be made on the basis of the lowest evaluated price of proposals meeting or exceeding the acceptability standards for technical acceptability (LPTA). The government will award a purchase order resulting from the solicitation to the responsible offeror whose quote is fully responsive to the solicitation.

Offerors must be responsible and provide quotes that are fully responsive to the solicitation, including details on warranties and support plans. The government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.

Failure to provide a full response or meet minimum requirements may result in the quote being found unresponsive. If vendor does not provide a full response, it will be found unresponsive

Failure to complete all required documents, sections, or clauses by the closing date and time will result in the quote not being considered for award. if any required documents are not submitted or required field left blank on pages 1 and 2 of this document including the section 3 questions or if the completion of required clauses and provision fillins are not made as applicable, further consideration for award will not be made.
