Payment terms are net 30. Invoices shall be submitted via Wide Area Workflow (WAWF).
The contractor shall guarantee all workmanship for a period of ninety (90) calendar days following final government acceptance of the deliverables.
The government intends to award a single firm-fixed-price contract to the responsible quoter whose submission represents the best value to the government. Technical capability and past performance, when combined, are significantly more important than price.
Contractors must ensure all personnel performing inspection and service testing are fully qualified, trained, and experienced, meeting NFPA standards and having operational familiarity with USMC fire and emergency services.
Safety violations may result in work stoppage. Failure to adhere to security requirements may result in immediate removal from the installation and/or denial of future access.
