The government will award a firm fixed price contract. Personnel involved must be US citizens and undergo a security background check. Completed forms (SSF **** and SSF ****) must be provided within 5 calendar days of award. The contractor shall provide a point of contact (POC) and an alternate. The POC or alternate shall have full authority to act for the contractor on all contract matters. The contractor shall notify the contracting officer immediately whenever it becomes aware that such access or participation may result in any actual or potential organizational conflict of interests (OCI). The contractor shall comply with various FAR clauses, including those related to small business set-asides, equal opportunity, and others. The government may require continued performance of any services within the limits and at the rates specified in the contract. These rates may be adjusted only as a result of revisions to prevailing labor rates provided by the secretary of labor. The option provision may be exercised more than once, but the total extension of performance hereunder shall not exceed 6 months. The contracting officer may exercise the option by written notice to the contractor within 20 days. The government may extend the term of this contract by written notice to the contractor within 10 days, provided that the government gives the contractor a preliminary written notice of its intent to extend at least 20 days before the contract expires. The total duration of this contract, including the exercise of any options under this clause, shall not exceed 5 years and 6 months. The contracting officer may designate government personnel to act as the contracting officer's representative (COR) to perform functions under the contract. The COR will provide a written notice of such designation to the contractor within five working days after contract award. The designation letter will set forth the authorities and limitations of the COR under the contract. The contractor shall comply with the provisions of this paragraph if this contract was awarded using other than sealed bid, is in excess of the simplified acquisition threshold, as defined in FAR ****, on the date of award of this contract, and does not contain the clause at ****, audit and records-negotiation.
