The Texas A&M University System is seeking statements of qualifications for audit and review services on an as-needed basis. Firms must demonstrate competence and experience. A master services agreement will be established with one or more qualified firms. Submittals are due by 2:00 PM Central Time on August 13, 2026, and must be emailed to ***@***. *. * estimated total value of the solicitation and subsequent contract is $100,000 or more. Respondents must adhere to specific qualification requirements, including licensing, quality control reports, and experience with Texas state or higher education entities. A subcontracting plan for veteran-owned businesses (VETHub) is required for contracts of $100,000 or more.
Submittals must be received before 2:00 p. m. Central Time on August 13, 2026.
The member identified in the order form will pay the amount due to the provider. Payment will be made in accordance with Chapter ****, Texas Government Code (The Texas Prompt Payment Act).
The evaluation will be based on demonstrated competence, capability, experience, knowledge, references, and qualifications. Past experience with Texas state agencies or institutions is preferred.
Respondents must conform to AICPA standards of independence, have a pass or pass with deficiencies on their most recent external quality control review, have been practicing for at least five years, and have provided services to at least 3 state of Texas or higher education entities within the preceding 3 years.
Failure to implement the subcontracting plan in good faith may result in barring the respondent from further contracting opportunities with the A&M System.
Failure to comply with all requirements, including providing incomplete statements or having negative reference checks, may result in disqualification.
The total expected value of this solicitation and subsequent contract is $100,000 or more.
