Bids must be submitted electronically to ***@***. *. * by 11:00 AM EST on July 18, 2025, with the jacket number and bid opening date in the subject line. The bid must include the cost of all materials and operations for the total quantity ordered. A price must be submitted for each 1,000 baggage check tags with barcode. The price for additional quantities must be based on a continuous run, exclusive of preliminary charges. The contract will be subject to GPO contract terms. A pre-award survey may be conducted. Invoices must be submitted within 10 workdays of complete distribution. Full shipment is required. Delivery must be made to the US Customs and Border Protection National Distribution Center in Indianapolis, IN. Delivery must be by traceable means (FedEx, UPS, or independent shipper). A 48-hour notice of delivery is required. Pallets must be in good condition. The purchase order and government-furnished materials will be emailed to the contractor on or before July 25, 2025. PDF proofs are due on or before July 29, 2025. Complete delivery is due on or before August 29, 2025.

The Rutherford County Board of Education is requesting bids for travel accommodations for a school trip to New York City. The bid deadline is May 6, 2025, at 2:00 PM. The bid is subject to funding and the board reserves the right to increase or decrease amounts and/or quantities, accept bids as a whole, split bid, or accept individual items, or reject any or all bids. Bidders must comply with all specifications, including criminal background checks and drug-free workplace programs. A sample itinerary must accompany the bid. Bids may not be awarded to any party which is debarred or suspended or is otherwise excluded for participation in federal assistance programs under Executive Order ****, debarment and suspension. All bidders, employees, and subcontractors must submit to a criminal history records check. If a contractor has five or more employees receiving pay, the contractor shall have a drug-free workplace program that complies with Title 50, Chapter 9 of the Tennessee Code. The contractor shall ensure that it is in compliance with Public Acts, ****, Chapter no. 919. By submission of this bid, each bidder certifies that it is not on the list created pursuant to Title 12-12-106. The board follows Tenn. Code **** purchases for local governmental units.
