The contractor must comply with all applicable state rules, regulations, and HHSC requests regarding personal and professional conduct. The use or possession of any kind of intoxicants or illegal drugs by contractor or any of its subcontractors employees while on duty at HHSC premises is prohibited. All contractor and subcontractor employees are required to wear company uniforms and identifying badges while providing services in or delivering to HHSC premises.
