The Town of Boxborough, MA is soliciting proposals for ADA self-assessment and improvements plan services. Proposals must be submitted by November 17, 2025, at 10:00 AM. Questions must be submitted in writing by November 13, 2025, before 2:00 PM. The contract will be awarded within sixty 60 days after the proposal due date.
The work shall be completed within approximately days after execution of a written contract.
The town shall make payments within thirty 30 days after its receipt of a complete and satisfactory written invoice.
An award, if made, will be made based on a determination of the most advantageous proposal from a responsive and responsible proposer taking into consideration price, the evaluation criteria, and the towns reservation of rights set forth in this rfp.
Each of the following criteria must be fully addressed in the technical proposal in order to be considered responsive.

Total cost not to exceed 50, 000 and must be fully invoiced no later than october 1, 2026.
