This is a sources sought notice from the U. S. Army Contracting Command for the design, engineering, procurement, construction, and commissioning of a redundant 69 kv electrical power system for the Radford Army Ammunition Plant (RFAAP) in Radford, VA. Interested sources must submit capabilities qualification data demonstrating experience with turn-key design, environmental permitting, construction, and commissioning of high voltage 69 kv transmission lines and substations. Responses must be in PDF format, not exceeding 15 pages, with a minimum font size of 12 Calibri. The cover sheet must include company name, address, web URL, point of contact, telephone number, email address, Unique Entity Identifier (UEI), Commercial and Government Entity Code (CAGE), and business type/size based on NAICS codes **** and **** on technical approaches, scheduling, and risk mitigation strategies is also encouraged. Contractors must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). Submissions are due within 14 calendar days from the date of publication via email to Ms. Steffanie L. Adams and Ms. Anna E. Thissen. If the file size exceeds 5MB, respondents can request a drop-off via DoD SAFE. All inquiries must be made via email only.
