The town seeks to lease the land for the development of a sgf that will provide the town with the highest longterm revenue through lease payments, energy savings, and/or a payment in lieu of taxes or combination thereof.

Minimum standards include possession of a current registration in the state of massachusetts as a professional engineer civil for at least ten years, by one of the primary staff.
