Evaluation for award will be made in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures outlined in RFO FAR Part 12. 203. The government anticipates issuing an order from this request for quotation to the responsible quoter whose quotation will be most advantageous to the government, price and other factors considered.

Quotations will only be accepted from Service Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB). Quotations received from concerns that are not SDVOSB will be considered non responsive and will be rejected.

Substantial completion is due by October 1, 2026, and final completion by October 15, 2026. Substantial completion of this project including retirement, installation, energization, and any service cutovers shall be completed no later than October 1, 2026. Completion, cleanup, punch list, asbuilt drawings, and close out shall be no later than October 15, 2026.

Payment is made on actual units completed, based on a construction completion report. Payment for contractor work is accomplished through a construction completion report prepared by the chugach site representativeinspector and signed off by the contractors representative. Total payment is made on actual units completed, including any required field unit modifications, not on estimated units stated in the bid documents, unless otherwise stated in writing.
