Delivery lead time must be provided. If the low bid supplier cannot provide merchandise in an acceptable time frame, CSD will move to the next low bid. If the awarded supplier does not meet stated delivery time, it will be considered a breach of contract and the purchase order may be canceled.

Bids will be evaluated for content, price, specification requirements, and availability.

The proposing supplier must be properly licensed to do business in the state of Utah, have five years of experience in installation, be CTSi certified, and provide a four-hour call-out service.

If the contractor fails to substantially complete their work on or before the published date, the contractor will pay the owner liquidated damages in the sum of **** per calendar day.

A mandatory pre-bid conference will be held at Corner Canyon High School on 6/23/26 at 1:00 PM MT. Failure to attend shall result in disqualification.

Failure to attend the mandatory pre-bid conference for the entire duration will result in disqualification. Late arrivals will not be permitted to sign the attendance sheet. Contacting CSD employees outside of the procurement office may also result in disqualification.
