The Town of Kingston is soliciting bids for the 10 Maple Street Insitu Remedial Injections Project, funded by a MassDevelopment Brownfields Cleanup Grant. The maximum contract value is $130,000. Bids are due August 13, 2026, at 10:00 AM. A non-mandatory pre-bid conference and site visit will be held on July 29, 2026, at 10:00 AM. Prospective bidders are strongly encouraged to attend; failure to do so may waive claims for differing site conditions. The project involves subsurface remedial injections. The project must be fully completed within thirty (30) consecutive calendar days after the notice to proceed. The bidder hereby agrees to commence work on or before the date to be specified in written notice to proceed of the owner, and to fully complete the project within thirty 30 consecutive calendar days thereafter.
The owner shall pay the contractor within fifteen (15) days after receipt of a proper periodic estimate, with forty-five (45) days for coordination and payment. Final payment is due within sixty-five (65) days after substantial completion. Within fifteen 15 days after receipt from the contractor of a proper and satisfactory periodic estimate requesting payment of the amount due for the preceding month, the owners shall have fortyfive 45 days to coordinate payment for: the work performed during the preceding month.
The contractor guarantees that all materials will be new and that the work will be free from defects for one (1) year after final payment. The contractor hereby guarantees that the entire work constructed by the contractor under the agreement will meet fully all requirements thereof, including those regarding quality of workmanship and materials.

The bidder agrees to pay as liquidated damages the sum of **** for each consecutive calendar day the work is not complete after the specified time.
