The city will pay only for the actual number of homes serviced. The city of auburn hills will verify that all work was completed satisfactorily before any invoice is paid.

The evaluation and award of this bid shall be a combination of factors including but not limited to the following: bid price, prior residential snow removal experience, professional competence, equipment fleet, references, the correlation of the proposal submitted to the needs of the city of auburn hills, and any other factors considered to be in the city of auburnhills best interest.
