The equipment must be delivered no later than 90 days from the date of award.

The vendor or manufacturer's nationally advertised warranty is three years or 600 hours. An extendable parts and labor warranty must be offered as separately as an option.

The proposal award will be based on the following: qualifications of and/or prior history with the proposer and equipment, availability of equipment and parts, and cost.
