Work performed or materials furnished are guaranteed for 60 days from the date of redelivery. A longer guarantee period will be honored if provided by the contractor or subcontractor.

The government intends to award one firm-fixed-price contract to the responsible quoter whose quote offers the best value to the government using the lowest price technically acceptable approach.

Offerors must demonstrate technical capability, provide pricing for all items, and have acceptable past performance. Vendors must be registered with the Joint Certification Program (JCP) to access drawings.

Clarifications shall be answered via amendment to the solicitation and shall be received no later than June 10, 2026, at 2:00 p. m. eastern standard time.
