Proposals are due by August 20, 2026, at 3:30 PM. The product shall be fully available for county use no later than sixty (60) days from the date of contract execution.

Vendors must provide company background, years in operation, experience with similar government or healthcare organizations, and at least three client references. Failure to furnish the awarded service may eliminate the proposer from the active vendors list. The county may also terminate the agreement immediately for substantial violations that cannot be reasonably remedied. Failure of the successful proposer to furnish the service awarded, as a result of this request for proposal, may eliminate the proposer from the active vendors list for a period of time as determined by the purchasing manager.

Prospective contractors shall complete electronic annual representations and certifications to be considered for award. In addition, prospective contractors shall be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM. gov) database. All Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Businesses (SDVOSB) and Veteran Owned Small Businesses (VOSB) shall be verified in SBA at Small Business Search.
