Professional CEI Services for Mashes Sands Pier Reconstruction Wakulla County is seeking proposals from qualified consulting firms proposers to provide professional construction engineering and inspection services for the mashes sands pierreconstruction project, located at 901 mashes sands road, panacea, fl 32346. the firm selectedwill be responsible for construction engineering and inspection cei services. the selected firmwill also be responsible for ensuring the county is compliant with all of the applicable federal andstate requirements and will assist the county with federal reporting and managing thecompliance review process during grant closeout. the scope of work for the mashes sands pier reconstruction project will include but not belimited to the construction of a timber pier over land and a concrete pier over water, with a totallength of approximately 800 linear feet.
