Award will be posted on 07/09/2026. Services require 99% accuracy, human captioning only, and must be completed within 48 hours. Vendor must provide searchable transcripts and metadata. Price quoted per human-captioned minute. Invoicing is monthly. Live captioning services are also required. Compliance with ADA, Section 508, CVAA standards, and FCC rules is mandatory. Estimated usage for evaluation is 12,000 minutes per year.
The estimated contract period is from 07/21/2026 to 07/20/2031. The actual contract start date will be specified in the notice of award.
Vendor shall invoice individual SCDE offices monthly. Payment will be made by electronic funds transfer (EFT) unless otherwise specified.
Award will be made to the lowest responsible and responsive bidder.
To be eligible for award, you must have the capability in all respects to perform fully the contract requirements and the integrity and reliability which will assure good faith performance.
