Failure to comply with public conduct requirements or having a high number of unresolved complaints can lead to contract termination or nonrenewal. a high number of unresolved complaints, any number of complaints that are particularly severe, or employment of individuals who have been convicted or assault or other violent crimes shall be grounds for the early termination or nonrenewal of the contract by the city.
