Mobile Bar Government Bids & RFPs

The bid must be submitted by 2 PM on June 4, 2026. Delivery is requested ASAP after notice of award, receipt of purchase order, or authorized calls for delivery, unless otherwise specified.

The county terms of payment are 2 10 net 30. Bidders may offer alternate terms, but these will not be used in award determination.

The bid includes specific warranty items such as 3 year rhino dock plus warranty dock only and 3 year computer warranty.

Awards may be made by individual item, grouped items, or lot. Delivery time may be a factor in determining the winning bidder, and the county reserves the right to reject bids with lengthy delivery schedules.

The bidder must be prepared, if requested, to present evidence of experience, ability and financial standing. If it is found that any of these criteria are not satisfactory, the county may reject bids.

Failure to deliver items or equipment that do not meet county specifications or are not received within the specified delivery time may be cause for cancellation of the order and vendor declared irresponsible. Any additional costs incurred by the county may be charged to the original vendor.

Samples, when required, must be delivered prior to the bid opening and free of charge. Samples will be returned at bidder's expense.

Vendors protesting or disputing bid specifications must do so in writing during the bid opening period prior to the due date to be considered. Such protests must be in the possession of the bureau of purchase and supplies three working days prior to the bids opening.

Failure to complete this bid in its entirety may result in disqualification. Copies obtained from any other source are not considered official documents and will be considered incomplete if missing addenda, if any, resulting in disqualification.

The bid notice states that price quoted shall be f. o. b. delivered to the place designated on purchase order. no other terms will be acceptable.

Bidders must complete and submit the Northern Ireland Fair Employment Practices Disclosure. If a bidder or appropriate parties fail to complete and submit it, they shall not be eligible for a contract award.

For failure to cure a default related to false statements in the Northern Ireland Fair Employment Practices Disclosure or Wage Theft disclosures, the contractor or subcontractor shall be automatically excluded from bidding for the supply of any goods or services for use by the city for a period of two years.

Bids received after the closing date, closing time or sent to any other email address not identified in the bidders instructions cannot be considered. Failure to complete and submit the Northern Ireland Fair Employment Practices Disclosure will make the bidder ineligible for a contract award. Making a false statement in the wage theft disclosure can lead to default and remedies contained in the contract.
