The proposal submission deadline is May 18, 2026, at 5:00 PM CST. The document does not specify a delivery deadline for the services themselves, as work is assigned on an as-needed basis.
The bid notice states that payment terms are net 30 days, unless otherwise specified by CCG.
The contractor shall correct at no additional charge any discrepancies, defects, or issues in workmanship, materials, or quantity of work performed within three (3) working days of being notified by the facilities director.
Proposals will be evaluated based on professional capacity to undertake the scope of work (40 points), work history and relevant experience (20 points), qualifications (15 points), MBE/WBE/HUB entity (5 points), and cost proposal (20 points).
Proposers must demonstrate professional capacity, work history, relevant experience, and qualifications including current credentials and certifications. Background checks for all employees are required, and the contractor shall have been in business a minimum of seven (7) years performing the same or similar work.
Default in promised delivery, without acceptable reasons, or failure to meet specifications authorizes the procurement department to purchase goods or services from an alternate source, and the defaulting proposer may be subject to reprocurement costs.
At CCG's discretion, samples may be required prior to award of proposal, or prior to delivery of goods or services. Samples shall be provided at no cost to CCG. Samples should not be enclosed with submission unless specifically requested.
All protests regarding the RFP process must be submitted in written form to the CFO/COO within five (5) working days following the opening of proposals. Post-award protests must be submitted in written form to the CFO within five (5) working days after award.
