Contractor shall provide invoices to the district on a monthly basis no later than the 5th day of each month for the work performed in the preceding month.

Contractor shall perform the work in a good and workmanlike manner, consistent with or in excess of industry standards and in full compliance with all applicable laws and or regulations.
