Texas Military Department is seeking bids for replacement parts for Stationary Infantry Target (SIT) systems at Camp Maxey. Bids are due by 2:00 PM local time on June 22, 2026. TMD will pay contractor on the basis of itemized invoices submitted to and approved by TMD after receipt, testing, and acceptance of the gun range system parts. Texas Government Code Chapter ****, the Prompt Payment Act, will govern payment and accrual of interest on any overdue payments.
Contractor must provide a minimum one 1-year warranty on parts.
TMD will evaluate responses in accordance with the best value standard and may award one contract to the responsible respondent whose response is lowest price meeting specifications.
Respondent must fully complete discount for prompt payment, acknowledge addenda, and provide respondent name, email, address, telephone number, signature of authorized representative, name and title of authorized representative. Failure to sign will disqualify the response.
If respondent fails to comply with the terms of the contract, TMD may withhold respondent payment. If noncompliance results in TMD purchasing goods or services from another entity to remedy the noncompliance, TMD will deduct those costs from respondent payment.
The last day to submit written questions for clarification to TMD is June 17, 2026.
Failure to sign the document will disqualify the response. Making false statements may result in disqualification, contract cancellation, or recommendation for state of Texas debarment. Failure to acknowledge amendments may subject the response to rejection. Late submissions will not be considered. Unauthorized contacts with TMD personnel may result in the response being rejected.
