Required response documents include the proposal pricing form, proof of insurance, Company W9, conflict of interest questionnaire, felony conviction notification, and collusion certificate. Proposals are limited to 30 pages, excluding cover letter, appendices, and required attachments. The evaluation criteria include company experience, portfolio quality, approach, training approach, pricing, and references, with a total of 100 points.
The bid due date is Wednesday, May 20, 2026, by 2 pm.
Proposals will be evaluated based on company experience and qualifications (15 points), quality of portfolio/previous work samples (25 points), proposed approach and methodology (10 points), training approach for BC employees (10 points), pricing (30 points), and references (10 points), for a total of 100 points.
