The respondent will unconditionally guarantee materials and workmanship for one (1) year from completion of the project or delivery of goods.
The contract will be awarded to the responsible proposer deemed able to provide the best value for the City, taking into account price among other factors.
Proposals will only be considered from firms normally engaged in performing the type of work specified, with previous experience in similar projects, adequate personnel, and experience.
Liquidated damages for delay in completion are set at **** per day.
