The target implementation completion required by date is December 31, 2026.

Proposers must describe available warranty, maintenance, online and onsite support, including what is included or optional, support hours, ticketing and escalation procedures, warranty terms, and costs.

The evaluation criteria are: technical solution and approach (50%), cost (30%), and relevant experience and references (20%).

Minimum vendor qualifications include at least two years of relevant experience, being an established library automation vendor, and experience with similar RFID selfcheckout installations at SirsiDynix Symphony libraries.
