Sealed bids for snow removal services are being received until October 7, 2025, at 3:00 PM. Specifications are available online at www. ***. *. * must submit a drug-free workplace certification. The city reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bidders must meet certain equipment specifications (trucks, spreaders, plows, lights, chains, blades, sand, salt, insurance, drug test, federal inspections). The contract term is from November 1st of the current year through April 1st of the following year. Payment will be calculated by multiplying the hourly rate by the hours worked, excluding downtime. The city will supply and load salt into the contractors spreaders without charge. The city may use trucks without spreaders at its discretion. The city reserves the right to install a GPS system into any vehicle used for snow removal. The city will pay a minimum of four hours for each vehicle requested, provided the driver reports for duty and the vehicle is in acceptable condition. Bidders must submit a copy of their current W9 form.
Sealed bids for snow removal services will be received in the purchasing agent's office until 3:00 PM, Tuesday, October 7, 2025.
The contractor's operator must drive each of the streets in the assigned zones with a city representative to review the plow areas at no charge to the city.
All questions must be received by Monday, September 29, 2025, by 4:00 PM to be given consideration.
