Janitorial and Laundry Services for the Lexington VA Fisher House The contractor shall furnish all labor and supervision of its employees, and office/business materials to provide janitorial services to support daily functions of the Lexington VA Fisher House. The contractor shall furnish, at their own expense, any and all supervision, and labor necessary to provide complete janitorial services to the interior and exterior of the Lexington fisher house. The contractor shall be responsible for collecting all linens to be sent out for laundering, which shall include bath towels, washcloths standard and makeup, hand towels, shower curtains, sheets, pillowcases, quilts/comforters, pillow shams, blankets, mattress protectors/encasements, pillows, and kitchen towels.
