The Hudson Valley VA Medical Centers require the purchase of an auto draw oral syringe filling system (brand name or equal) at each of their Castle Point and Montrose campuses. The pharmacy service needs this system to accurately dispense controlled substance oral liquids, minimizing waste compared to manual dispensing. Buy American certificate (Oct 2022) and VA notice of limitations on subcontracting, and certificates of compliance for supplies and products (if applicable) must be submitted and signed.

The tank must be capable of safely filling liquid nitrogen into top containers or low-pressure cylinders, and have an ambient air vaporizer to vaporize the nitrogen into a gas. The tank must also be able to generate high-purity nitrogen gas and supply enough gas to run 10 analytical instruments and 50 other instruments. The installation area must not exceed 14 feet by 20 feet. The contract incorporates FAR and DFARS clauses.
