Responses to this IFB must be received by August 3, 2026, 10:30 am Central Time.

Payment will be made in accordance with chapter **** of the Texas Government Code, the Texas Prompt Payment Act. Invoices must include the contract or purchase order number and describe the work completed.

The award will be made to the bidder who provides the best value to the state, considering the bidder meeting or exceeding requirements and specifications, ability to meet performance delivery requirements, and price.

To be considered for award, bidders must submit a comprehensive response including all required information and documentation to ensure they meet all requirements, possess the required experience and qualifications, and have the capacity to provide the goods and/or services.

Protest procedures are available according to Texas Administrative Code, Title 1, Part 15, Chapter 391, Subchapter C.

Failure to comply with IFB requirements, including submission instructions, sole point of contact rules, or public information act requirements, may result in disqualification.

The estimated historical spend for the same or similar goods or services is $40,**** for the period 09/01/2024 - 08/31/2025.

All responses are due no later than 10:00 AM MT on December 3, 2025.

Payment will be made by EFT. Invoices are to be submitted monthly in arrears. Payment by electronic funds transfer system for award management and Payment by electronic funds transfer other than system for award management clauses are incorporated.

The contractor warrants that the items delivered are merchantable and fit for use for the particular purpose described in the contract.

Drivers must be at least 18 years of age with one year of experience, possess a valid driver's license, and have a clean driving and criminal record. Personnel are subject to background investigations. Drivers/attendants must have current First Aid certifications.

The contractor shall indemnify the VA for excess reprocurement costs if unable to perform. Failure to perform may result in termination for cause.

A site visit is mandatory and will be conducted on November 13, 2025. RSVP information is in the solicitation.

Failure to comply with contractor personnel security requirements, including background investigations, may result in termination of the contract or cause.

The estimated total award amount is $119,000,****.

Responses to this IFB must be received July 28, 2026, 10:30 am.

Payment will be made to the vendor upon service completion or goods received.

Reliable replacement parts with applicable warranty.

Award will be made to the bidder who provides the best value to the state of Texas, considering bidder meeting or exceeding requirements, ability to meet performance delivery requirements, and price.

The bidder shall have relevant experience required for the performance of the services as outlined in this IFB. The minimum experience required is three years.

Inclusion of assumptions in a response could result in disqualification. Failure to comply with the sole point of contact requirements may result in disqualification.

Responses must be received by July 30, 2026, 10:30 am Central Time.

Payment will be made in accordance with the pricing provided on the pricing sheet. Invoices must include the contract or purchase order number and describe work completed.

Labor services shall have at minimum a twelve (12) month or 12,000-mile warranty. Warranty for replacement parts shall be at minimum the part manufacturer's warranty.

Award will be made to the bidder who provides the best value to the state, considering bidder meeting or exceeding requirements, ability to meet performance delivery requirements, and price.

Bidder must have relevant experience of at least five (5) years. Personnel must have at least three (3) years of relevant experience and be ASE Master Status Certified.

Failure to comply with sole point of contact requirements, submitting exceptions to the IFB, including assumptions in a response, or failing to monitor the ESBD for addenda may result in disqualification.

The estimated historical spend for the same or similar services is $35,**** for the period September 1, 2024, to August 31, 2025.
