Bid submission deadline is October 30, 2025, 2:00 PM Central Time. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held on October 8, 2025, at 10:00 AM local time at HCC Administration Building, **** Main Street, Houston, TX ****, second floor conference room. Bidders must submit all required attachments, including signed and notarized forms. The successful bidder will be required to provide a performance and payment bond. The existing parking access and revenue control system equipment must be removed and properly disposed of. The project is located at HCC System Administration Parking Garage, **** Main Street, Houston, TX ****, affecting 45,218 sq. ft. of building parking space. The project involves furnishing and installing a complete parking access and revenue control system. Bidders must provide a detailed itemized bid pricing sheet. Liquidated damages of **** per calendar day will be deducted for late completion. The award will be made through an HCC purchase order. HCC reserves the right to make multiple awards. A virtual online public bid opening will be held on Thursday, October 30, 2024, at 3:00 PM CST. HCC reserves the right to request additional information. A one-year warranty is required after delivery. HCC has a small business participation goal of 35%. HCC is tax exempt.
Bids are to be submitted on bonfire no later than: October 30, 2025, by 2:00 p. m. central time.
A minimum oneyear warranty shall be provided after delivery.
The bid must be responsive to the solicitation and HCC must be able to determine that the bidder is responsible and has the resources and capacity to perform the resulting contract satisfactorily.
The bidder must have relevant experience required for the performance of the services as outlined in this solicitation. The minimum experience required is three 3 years.
Liquidated damages of eight hundred dollars **** per calendar day will be deducted from the money due or becomes due the contractor, not as a penalty but as liquidated damages representing the parties estimate at the time of contract execution of the damages which the owner will sustain for late completion.
Attendance at this conference is not required but is encouraged. A scheduled site visit of HCC system administration parking garage, **** Main street, Houston, tx ****, will take place immediately following the prebid conference.
