Quotes must be submitted by August 1, 2026, no later than 4:00 PM Central European Time.

The contractor will submit invoices for payment electronically through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment (PIEE) system.

The quoter shall provide the applicable express warranties as a separate document that shall be included in the final contract by attachment.

Award basis: Technical capabilities, price, past performance and delivery.

The contracting officer may request additional documentation or information from any or all prospective contractors, to include: references to current or former customers who will attest to the quality of your product or service, evidence of the contractors ability to comply with the delivery or performance schedule, information regarding the contractors organization, experience, accounting and operational controls, technical skills, technical literature, and facilities, or any other documentation and information that might be necessary to determine the contractors capacity for work.

A site visit is planned for July 23, 2026, at 9:00 AM CET. Interested parties shall submit the names and contact information 1 day in advance. Each company is allowed a maximum of 2 personnel to attend.

Questions shall be submitted by July 27, 2026, at **** hrs. Central European Time.

We may reject any quote that does not meet these terms in every respect.

The estimated completion date for this work is 12/30/2026.

The contractor will participate in power electronics and flex lab experiments through three business trips to NSWCPD.

Contractors must fully complete the prequalification package and provide all requested documents. he contractor's prequalification status will remain current from the date of accepted qualification through 12/31/2026
