Bids will be received by the city of laurinburg at the office of the budget & management services director, city hall, 303 w. church street, laurinburg, nc, until 2: 00 p. m. local time on wednesday, september 9, 2026

If no cash discount is offered, payment by the city shall be due within thirty 30 calendar days after delivery, inspection and acceptance at destination point for completion of work or work progress.

Contractor warrants that for a period of one 1 year from the date of completion of the installation, that the installation of all equipment shall be done in a workmanlike manner in accordance with standard procedures.

The county is seeking qualified and experienced contractors capable of providing effective stabilization and repair solutions tailored to the conditions at each location.
