Proposals are subject to public review and cannot include proprietary, confidential, or restricted information that conflicts with New Hampshire's right to know law. Rockingham County reserves the right to accept or reject any proposals or parts thereof, select the proposal deemed to be in the best interest of Rockingham County, and waive any formalities in the bidding process.

The deadline for receiving offers has been updated to September 15, 2025, 3:00 PM CST. This is a request for quote (RFQ) for command and control tactical video and audio equipment, including video walls, side-by-side display systems, and tactical furniture. The government intends to place a firm fixed-price contract. The government reserves the right to cancel the solicitation before or after the closing date.
