The bid notice states that in responding to this notice, companies should provide details about what your company is capable of providing that meets or exceeds NIST's minimum requirements.

The deadline for submitting responses to this notice is May 22, 2026, at 5:00 PM ET.

Respondents must provide their company name, address, contact information, Unique Entity ID if registered in SAM. gov, a capability statement detailing how they meet or exceed NIST's minimum requirements, and evidence of authorization if they are an authorized reseller. They should also identify any unduly restrictive aspects of the requirements and suggest ways to encourage small business participation. Information on NAICS code classification (small or other than small business) and any alternative NAICS codes should be provided. Experience as a prime, subcontractor, or consultant should also be described.

The notice does not require sample submission.

Questions regarding this notice must be submitted by May 19, 2026, at 5:00 PM ET.

The period of performance for the items ranges from July 1, 2026, to September 30, 2026.

The bid notice states that payments will be made using the electronic fund transfer (EFT) or the government purchase card.

The government reserves the right to award item by item, or in groups of items, or in aggregate, whichever is most advantageous to the government by responsive, responsible offeror's whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, with past performance and price consideration, prices being rated higher than past performance.

The acquisition is a 100% small business set aside and is restricted to offerors that meet the applicable small business size standard. The Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) **** requires all contractors seeking or currently doing business with the government to be registered with the System for Award Management (SAM) prior to award.

Upon request, vendors may be required to provide samples of product quoted, prior to award.

The vendor shall provide material only when requested by the cemetery contracting officer representative (COR). Material shall be delivered within fifteen (15) days from the day requested.

The contractor shall submit an invoice electronically, in arrears, at the end of each month.

Documentation of technical expertise must be presented in sufficient detail for the government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition.

In the event damages result to turf, structures, headstone, markers, monuments, irrigation sprinkler, trees, gravesites, curb, road, flower vases, facility structures, fences, disfigurement or damage to structure or property on or adjacent to this project, third parties, etc. , due to neglect by the contractor, repair, replacement and/or replacement costs of the damaged item will be required at no additional cost to the government as directed by the COR.
