The U. S. Navy is seeking information on the cost, schedule, and interest in acquiring multiple support craft, potentially through new construction, vessel conversion, or a vessel construction manager approach. Interested parties are requested to provide information on vessel designs, construction facilities, and government experience. Responses must be submitted in PDF format by September 15, 2025, to the specified email addresses.

This notice of intent is for supplies or services to be negotiated with a single source. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit quotes. Quotes received within 45 days (or 30 days if under an existing basic ordering agreement) of the publication date will be considered. The government reserves the right to not compete the contract based on responses. The item requires government source approval prior to contract award due to flight criticality or insufficient technical data for full and open competition. Only previously approved sources have been solicited. A new source approval process may delay the award. Additional information regarding source approval is available. The government is not using FAR Part 12 policies for this acquisition. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to satisfy the government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of the notice. One or more items are subject to free trade agreements, Buy American Act, and balance of payments program.
