Vendors must have suitable qualifications and experience. Cog is soliciting competitive sealed submissions from vendors having suitable qualifications and experience providing services in accordance with the terms, conditions and requirements set forth in this RFP.
Protests must be submitted in writing within three working days. The protest will be submitted in writing to the cogs purchasing division within three working days after such aggrieved person knows of, or should have known of the facts giving rise thereto.
Proposals not submitted by the deadline or not accompanied by required originals will be rejected. Any proposals that are not submitted by the submittal date, or that are not accompanied by the number of completed and signed originals by this RFP, will be rejected by cog as nonresponsive due to material failure to comply with advertised specifications.
