This is a sources sought notice for planning purposes only, not a solicitation. The Army Contracting Command is seeking vendors capable of manufacturing, producing, supplying, and inspecting spade damper assemblies and spare parts for the M777 lightweight towed 155mm howitzer. Interested vendors must submit a statement of capability, describing their ability to fabricate, outsource, inspect, assemble, and conduct final acceptance of the assemblies and parts, including relevant past experience, fabrication, process, and inspection capabilities, anodize coating, chrome plating, CMM and other inspection equipment, and ability to conduct gun shock, vibration, high-low temperature testing. Vendors must also describe their quality management system certification (e. g. , ISO 9001:2015) and production facility. Submissions are due by Friday, July 9th, 2017, at **** Eastern Time via electronic submission only. The government will not pay for information submitted.

Sealed bids are invited to furnish underground secondary connectors and accessories to the City of Redding, California. Bids must be submitted to the City Clerk's office (3rd floor) at City Hall (777 Cypress Avenue, Redding, CA ****) prior to 3:00 PM PT on Wednesday, July 23, 2025. The proposals will be opened at the same time and location. Bidders must use the standard bid forms provided by the city, submit an original and one copy, and the bid proposal form must be signed and include an attached spreadsheet. Questions regarding the bid must be submitted in writing by 5:00 PM PT on Wednesday, July 9, 2025, to the email address provided. The contract period is from the date of award through July 31, 2026, with possible renewal for three consecutive one-year periods through July 31, 2029. Pricing is firm for the first year, and subsequent years will be adjusted based on the Producer Price Index. The successful bidder is required to maintain a stock in their warehouse facilities equal to the reorder quantity for each awarded item. Delivery is to be made to the City's electric facilities at Electric Utility Building No. 2, **** Viking Way, Redding, CA **** is not allowed on weekends, city holidays, or outside normal work hours (8 AM to 3 PM). The bidder must call the electric department warehouse 24 hours prior to delivery. Bid evaluation will consider both price and lead time. Safety Data Sheets (SDS) must accompany each order. The city reserves the right to select the contractor that best meets both cost and lead time criteria, subject to budgetary constraints. A fillable spreadsheet is available on the city website for bidders to use and submit with their bid form. The bid must be accompanied by the original unbound bid and one exact copy, a signed bid proposal form, and an attached spreadsheet. The bid will remain open for 60 days from the opening date. All submitted bids become public record.
