Sole source contract award for the repair of six electron tubes (Twystron) for the Control and Reporting Center (CRC) weapon system. The contract is a firm fixed price (FFP) contract for 6 repairs. The estimated award date is September 22, 2025, with performance delivery expected through October 31, 2026. The contract was awarded to Microwave Power Products, Inc. The Air Force was unable to find other sources due to the unique nature of the required repair and the proprietary data held by Microwave Power Products. The agency made efforts to solicit other potential sources, but received no responses. The estimated total cost is $1,173,****.

The City of Ypsilanti is seeking quotes for the purchase and planting of approximately 110 trees. Proposals are due October 7, 2025, at 2 PM. The proposals must include a starting date, project duration, certificate of insurance, at least three references, and potential sources of tree stock. The city may reject sources if their stock is grown in a hardiness zone greater than USDA zone 5. The successful candidate must comply with all applicable requirements, including local wage ordinances and Davis-Bacon requirements. Additional detailed specifications are included in Attachment 3. The city will consider experience, qualifications, and costs in selecting the successful applicant. Lot 1: The Vendor will pay a commission to the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation ( OVR) based on gross sales of each machine. At a minimum, two ( 2) snack machines ( one standard, one refrigerated) will be required at each rest area vending building. The number required for weigh stations will be determined by the contractor. All machines will be subject to inspection by the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation and the Transportation Cabinet. All machines must meet applicable governmental mandates. The contractor will be provided a list of state personnel authorized to inspect machines. The number of machines may be increased or decreased only with approval of the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation and Transportation Cabinet. A list, showing number of machines, serial number of each, and identified by location, will be presented to the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation no later than ten ( 10) working days after installation is completed. Products to be sold will be nationally- known brands and will be offered in a variety of selections, i. e. , chips, candy, pastries, gum, cookies, crackers, nuts, etc. No out- of- date products may be offered for sale. Products must meet all standards of the National Food and Drug Administration and meet the approval of the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation.
