The City of Gastonia is seeking a development partner for a public-private partnership to develop a hotel on a city-owned property adjacent to the Gastonia Conference Center. Proposals are due by 5:00 PM on July 15, 2026. An optional pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for May 13 at 10:00 AM. Evaluation criteria include the development proposal, team qualifications, integration of public interests, financial benefit, prior project success, and ability to execute similar scale projects.
