The Health Policy Commission (HPC) of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts intends to purchase a proprietary product or service from Lightcast, LLC. Interested vendors must submit a response by 5:00 PM prevailing Eastern Time on Friday, June 27, 2025, demonstrating their qualification and ability to provide the same proprietary product or service. Proposals conforming to the RLP requirements will be evaluated to select an offeror for award. The government will award the lease to the selected offeror, subject to the conditions in the RLP. The RLP includes detailed requirements for space, lease term, occupancy date, area of consideration, unique requirements, security, parking, and other specifications. Offerors must provide specific pricing information, including a fully serviced lease rate, tenant improvements, and security improvements.
